cooperating Exectuive Search companies.
We furnish our services based on a fixed fee, which is mainly dependant on success and the project progress in question. Further fee-related factors are for example the scale of difficulty of the project, amount of effort required relating to the search, as well as the total yearly supply for the future job holder.
It is part of our company policy, not to approach employees who belong to the parent company or Business Unit in that country, in which contracts from our clients have been issued. This guarantee is valid for 2 years following the cnclusion of the last contract, or as long as a mutual business relationship exists.
